Chapman Electric Supply is located in Noblesville, Indiana just north of Indianapolis. We are a family-owned electrical supply store and take pride in the customer relationships we have built and developed over the years. We have a strong commitment to our community and we always try to give back to the community any way we can.
Chapman Electric started out as an electrical contracting company and was founded by Jack Chapman in 1958. During that time, we built a strong allegiance with our customers and with the people in our community. It was during this time that we began looking into the wholesale supply business. We saw that as our community grew, so did the need for an electrical supply company in our area.
With that in mind, we opened a small store in Elwood, Indiana and soon outgrew that storefront and moved to our larger and current facility in Noblesville. We have developed our company to cater to the commercial and industrial electrical repair parts along with the residential sales. We also have a tool repair service at our location to better serve our customers. We specialize in many different types of wire and circuit breakers that you may need. Our knowledge and years of experience are what separate us from everyone else. If we don’t have an answer to your problem we will find the solution or someone who does. Going the extra mile is what we do.
Chapman Electric Supply expanded into the underground boring and trenching side of our industry and are one of the largest providers of HDPE pipe, PVC pipe, Bore Gard, Quazite vaults and a long list of items used to complete any underground pipe job, big or small, that our customer needs. We have sold these products all across the United States.
Chapman Electric Supply expanded to the internet in 1999. Over the years, Chapman has tried to develop the same relationship with our online customers that we have with our customers who step into our store each and every day. We see the internet as a method for us to reach out even farther, help expand and become one of the leaders in our industry.
In June of 2022 Eckart Supply acquired Chapman Electric Supply. Eckart Supply, Inc., is a Corydon, Indiana based company that specializes in wholesale distribution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC. data, and tool supplies.
