Currencies
Prices displayed in secondary currency are approximate only. All charges will be made in $ USD.

Warranty
The items you purchase from us can be returned for warranty service to the dealer/service center nearest you.

Return Policy
Unused tools in original packaging may be returned for credit of the price of the tool (shipping is not refundable unless it was our error). Some manufacturers may charge up to 20% restocking fees. Please be sure to insure any returns and include your name and address.

Personalized orders are not refundable unless the problem is our error.

Please do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged.

If an item is damaged when you receive it, please keep all original packaging, as UPS may want to inspect it. Let us know by email about the problem.

Privacy Statement
Anytime you visit a site on the internet the host server temporarily records certain information about you. The address of your internet service provider (AOL, Netscape, etc), which pages you visited, the time of your visit.

We do not request this information and we cannot stop it from occurring. The server needs the information in order to transmit the pages you wish to view to your computer.

We do NOT, however, keep, record, or even look at that information except in the case of credit card fraud.

After a time, 30-60 days, your information scrolls off the server and is gone.

This will happen at every site you visit on the internet.

If you order a product on our site then the information you provide is printed by us and used to process your order. It is only kept for the period of time required by the IRS.

Price Disclaimer
Prices are subject to change at anytime and some items are limited to stock on hand. We reserve the right to refuse to honor any incorrect Internet prices, as we cannot account for the occasional human error.

Cookies
Our shopping cart (as with all the others of which we are aware) uses "cookies" to track your progress through our site and identify you with the products you may order. If you have your browser set to refuse "cookies" you cannot order online at our site. Some large corporations (using Lan networks) prevent "cookies" from being set so if you are using a computer hooked up to a Lan network the cart may not work.

If you place an order on our site we do keep your email address and may, from time to time, make special offers in which we think you may have an interest. We promise not to be annoying or to EVER give your address to anyone else.

You can request to be removed from the list at any time.
