Shipping Terms
We will email you both when we receive your order and when it is shipped. If you do not receive an email then your order did not get to us.
We download orders during our regular business hours (M-F 6am-4pm,). Approximately 80% of the items displayed on this site ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. 10% ship within 3-5 working days, 10% can take up to 4 weeks depending upon the stock of our suppliers/manufacturers.
The few delays occur because when we put a product online we try to include all the appropriate accessories, not just the popular ones. Most items will ship from us; some will ship directly from our suppliers to you. You may receive two or three packages to complete a large order. There will not be any additional shipping charges because of multiple deliveries.
Within the "lower 48" shipping is standard UPS ground. Expedited shipment is available. Kindly inquire by email if you wish to receive your items faster.
