The Rod
DCD fiberglass rod is a very important component in all our Duct Rodding systems.

The quality of the rod stems from high fiberglass content, which in turn creates a combination of extreme flexibility and high shear strength.

The particular production technology used and special construction techniques make possible the combination of these two (basically opposing) features, which are essential for this application.

The higher the fiberglass content of the rod, the higher is its stability under shear stress. Our rods therefore contain a particularly large proportion of high quality glass fiber, at 80%+.
